Underwhelming Stay with Spa Incident

The staff working at the restaurant were really nice.
My all-inclusive package ended up not including all drinks. During a spa treatment, the therapist started to massage my chest and actually touched my nipple. I stopped him. That experience ruined everything else.

I liked the hibiscus juice i received upon arrival. It was a nice touch. the check-in was really QUICK and efficient. the premises LOOK pristine, especially the tropical landscaping.
the beach cleaning and maintenance was not always meticulous, i think.

The recreation activities were fantastic. Salum Abdallah was a funny guy and awesome instructor. The food and drinks at the restaurants and bars were pleasant. The breakfast buffet included an extensive selection and Efrazia M greeted us with a smile (, made the day).

The staff was super friendly, always offering help and assistance. James and Regina in the front office accommodated our needs efficiently. Special thanks to Monica and Best for excellent hospitality. This excellent service.

The grounds are beautifully maintained. Security personnel were present, ensuring a secure environment. The pool bar was cozy and Jeffrey went out of his way to make child-friendly drinks. He also kept the adults happy (a definite plus!).

The food at the buffet restaurant was freshly prepared. Fisherman Seafood on site provided an excellent dinner. The portions were generous and the fish dishes tasted very good. I was more than satisfied with all the food, drinks, and service.

The location is very nice, clean, and close to restaurants. Several other restaurants are easily accessible via the beach route. The hotel's beachfront location made it lovely. There is a private beach with 24/7 security guards present.

The rooms were large, very clean, and well-appointed. Large bottles of water were provided in the room, with good room service. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked well. They also had a large balcony.
